Returns & Refunds for Advertised Items
• All items and services listed on LankaDreamLand.com are offered by individual sellers or
businesses, not by LankaDreamLand.com.
• Buyers must communicate directly with the seller regarding:

o Returns
o Exchanges
o Service issues
o Warranties
LankaDreamLand.com does not take responsibility for:
• Item condition
• Misrepresentation by sellers
• Delivery
• Payment disputes between buyers and sellers
Refunds for Paid Advertising Services
Paid ad services (featured ads, promoted ads, highlighted ads, etc.) purchased on LankaDreamLand.com
are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
You may request a refund if:
1. Your paid ad was not published due to a technical issue on our side.
2. Your ad was mistakenly rejected by our moderation team.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
• Your ad violates our posting rules.
• You change your mind after purchasing a paid ad.
• Poor buyer response or low views.
• The item is sold before the ad expires.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., PayHere / Bank
payment).
